Greek yogurt is wildly popular because of its rich
flavor, high protein content and delicious versatility in the kitchen.
Thicker than traditional yogurt, it's not only richer and
creamier, it's also higher in calcium,
protein and probiotics.
Total Greek yoghurt 0%* is completely fat free and contains just 57 calories per 170g, whilst containing no artificial preservatives or additives.

Whilst cooking both crab and salmon dishes this weekend, I decided to substitue the full fat creme fraiche in my recipe for Total greek 0%* - and it honestly was utterly delicious!
