Since I will be searching for a new home with my beloved boyfriend in the next few months, I have divulged myself into an activity most women do when they have any excuse... to shop.
-hey, a flat needs a lot of 'things', and if those things are pretty and colour co-ordinated I wouldn't complain (I do need to look at them every day after all...).
On my search for (as I explained to my partner) 'a bit of colour and culture', I stumbled across Texas artist Kristine Kainer.
Food photography is a weakness of mine, I am obsessed with food and think it's a beautiful thing; and what I love about Kristine's paintings is the simplicity and innocence in which she had captured it.
