Echo Falls launches fruit fusions

April 28, 2015

At last the sun is finally shinning, the trees are in blossom and I can pack my tights away 'til September. Spring, it seems, has finally sprung - and with it comes a flood of thoughts regarding garden BBQ's and rooftop cocktails.

Last week Russell and I were invited to Echo Falls 'fruit fusions in the sky' event held at the stunning Oxo Tower resturant.

Celebrating the launch of their new fruit fusions range, the venue was packed with bloggers enjoying sunshine-filled cocktails overlooking breathtaking views of St. Pauls.

Attempting to capture the flavours of summer, the range offers a lower alcohol alternative to enjoy on hot days (ranging from 9.5% - 11% ABV).
Targeting a younger audience with sweet aromas, the flavours include: White Peach and Mango,
Summer Berries and Raspberry and Cassis.

Most of the cocktails were too sickly-sweet for us, however the cocktail featuring the refreshing White Peach and Mango version was delicious (recipe below). The wine is also great on its own, especially with pasta dishes, and at only £3.97 at Asda it's an absolute steal!
