To celebrate the first sunny weekend of the year I've teamed up with Premier Estates to offer my readers a little treat to welcome the warmer weather.

We're offering one lucky reader the chance to win a case of 6 bottle of Californian Chardonnay, which recently won a Bronze Medal at the World-renowned IWSC (International Wine and Spirits Challenge).

California and Chardonnay unite to make this smooth easy drinking wine with ripe fruit flavours of melon and orange with a hint of butterscotch on the finish. This is easy going enough to sip on it's own and is the perfect wine chilled as an aperitif.

Perfect with light, delicate food such as shellfish, steamed fish, chicken or pasta with spring vegetables, it really is the ideal summer drink.

Win Tickets to Laithwaite’s LIVE

With tickets completly sold out for Laithwaite's LIVE, the wine event of the year, I've been offered two pairs of tickets to offer to my lucky readers!

Set in the Great Halls at Vinopolis, the event will showcase over 100 wines to taste with winemakers flying in from around the world. If you're not a wine lover then there's pleanty more to offer you, including excellent beer, olives, cheese and a convivial vibe. To keep that vibe fizzing, this year they’ve set up a bar dedicated entirely to bubbly, and there will be various masterclasses you can join throughout the day.
