'All happiness depends on a leisurely breakfast'
Attempting to be healthier, I've been drinking Matcha Tea for breakfast in a bid to kick start my metabolism. I particularly like the Green Tea Powder from Teapigs, which claims to have 137 times the antioxidants of standard green tea.
However, carrying round a hand held mini-whisk to make the drink isn't always practical...
Welcome, Rebel Kitchen Green Tea Mylk.
For years I've been obsesses with Rebel Kitchen's delicious drinks - I remember ordering packs of their children's drinks when they were exclusively available online (heck, I couldn't wait for the adult launch!).
Made with a base of coconut milk blended with pure spring water from Somerset, it contains no preservatives or additives. Just make sure you give it a good shake before opening - no-one enjoys chewing matcha lumps.
With the prospect of snacks coming soon, it's an exciting time for the brand. In the meantime, however, I'm supplementing my green tea with Graze.com's new selection of healthy breakfast cereals.
